in short: who I am

My name is Sarah Eloise and I quite like to write in lowercase letters with small fonts. In case you were wondering, this is what I look like:

I look just like that only not so tilty, but let's overlook this.

The gist of me (and yes I will use that word a lot) is that I am a poet, aged sixteen. my star sign is Leo, meaning I'm probably creative, enthusiastic, warm-hearted and bossy. That is probably true.

I started writing poetry when I was about fourteen. I say that, but the first poem I ever wrote was when I was ten, for a school thing - it got published, but it's highly pretentious. I took up songwriting when I was fourteen, but it didn't really work out and I shifted onto poetry, which is where I found my muse. This is where I am now. I write mostly free-verse and about anything that pops into my head at the time. I'm sorry to say that I'm merely an amateur, but I hope my works can at least brighten a few days of yours. I write mostly free-verse (in fact, entirely free verse) because traditional forms and rhymes make me lapse into 'I can't write' mode, which is not a nice place to be.

More about me as a person rather than the anatopist. I am 4'11 (or 5'0) tall, very skinny, British accent, which is where I am from, my hair is naturally blonde but I'd love to have it blue, my eyes are green or gold, though blue eyes are lovely, and I have a delectable computer tan and look male. My favourite band is Rammstein, though Muse, AFI, In Extremo and Nightwish are also favourites of mine. As for TV, I mostly watch crime shows like the Forensic Files. My favourite books are Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, True Blood, Texas Gothic, The Vampire Lestat, the Death Note mangas, Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, the Artemis Fowl series.

If you would like to know anything more, you need only ask.
